We make onboarding simple by guiding you through:

• Creating and accessing your account

• Completing onboarding requirements

• Taking assessments

• Exploring available client opportunities

• Computer with at least 12GB RAM
  (No Chromebooks, tablets, or MacOS devices)

• USB headset with clear audio

• Hardwired internet connection only

  • Minimum 10 Mbps download

  • Minimum 3 Mbps upload

• Quiet workspace

• Basic Microsoft Office skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Dual monitor (recommended)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
